With the weather wreaking havoc before NE @BAL game, the casinos decided either to remove total of 48 (which dropped to 46) or only offer by itself (without parlay).
Since I tend to be a game day bettor, this was crummy but in retrospect turned out very good for me as I was unable to bet the dog/under combo (BAL +19/under 48) and thus only took the points. As it was BAL played far better than expected and the total ended up at 51 (27+24). The casinos in their defensive posture of not taking in parlays of side & total for MNF won less money than if they had just allowed parlays. Of course if you had the 6point tease parlay going you won w/BAL and/or under and/or over.
Turnovers killed BAL as the rest of the stats say they should have won. I'd bet on BAL and against NE in there respective upcoming games
